Recognizing the potential they held despite years of neglect, we signed a 30-year lease, committing ourselves to their restoration. Our team prioritized the most deteriorated chalets, tackling pressing issues like leaking felt roofs which were replaced with robust rubber roofing. This ensures minimal future maintenance while preserving the rustic charm of the chalets. Our story is one of dedication, transformation, and a deep-rooted passion for enhancing the community.
